You may also write the cause and/or details of death prior to filling in the name of the individual. Be sure to insert the name in front of the written cause of death. You have about 19 days laccording to the human calendasr inorder to fill in a name. 　　
先写死因和死亡状态，后写名字一样生效。不过这期间不能超过19天。 　　

Even if you do not actually possess the DEATH NOTE，the effect will be the same if you can recognize the person and his/her name to place in the blank. 　　
即使不是死亡笔记的主人，只要有人想著某人的样子在死亡笔记上写他的名字也一样有效。
